Bar Events UK
Bar Events UK will be supporting our launch party event on 22 May 2019.
Founded by husband and wife team Dan and Laura, the BAR Events team are a close knit, event loving family based in Yorkshire.
“We have been in the events and hospitality industry for over 30 years between us. The BAR Events journey all started with a small events staffing company in 2008 and has grown into the company it is today supplying giant teepees, mobile bars and events staff.
We don’t just hire out our equipment and services, we really do care about making each event extra special from start to finish. We offer our passion and expertise to help create something truly special.

TopicUK
TopicUK is a free business magazine, first launched in Wakefield a little over 5 years ago. Since then we have produced further editions covering Kirklees, Calderdale and Leeds, reaching up to 36,000 businesses.
TopicUK is a quality publication that is published bi-monthly and distributed free across each region and is available through business receptions, retail outlets, Sainsbury’s, stadiums and public galleries. It is also available to order on subscription and is mailed to all Mid Yorkshire Chamber of Commerce members.
We are unique in that most of our content is written by the business community, so it is not only up-to-date but credible too, as it’s written by the people in the industry.
We offer local businesses partnerships whereby we not only publicise their businesses within our magazine, but online too, our website attracts up to 48,000 monthly visits who also read our digital version. Once on our website, articles are then tweeted to the wider audience. And it doesn’t stop there. If our partners want, we can forward articles out to other media, acting as a full-service PR agency, saving time and money.

Variety
Our Aim
We believe that all children should have an equal opportunity to reach their potential, regardless of their circumstances.
All our programmes are designed to help less fortunate children to achieve precisely that.
Whom we help and how
We improve those young lives by providing practical help (such as Sunshine Coaches, wheelchairs and specialist equipment) and memorable childhood experiences. Our practical help makes an immediate difference. It means that children have fewer bad days and more great days. With independence, freedom and dignity they are able to make the most of their childhood.
We play a key role in building the self esteem of children who are disadvantaged and in making them the people who they become.

Child Friendly Leeds
Child friendly Leeds is a city-wide initiative that aims to make Leeds the best city for children and young people to grow up in.
The original idea came from UNICEF and aimed to promote children’s rights and voices in all decisions that affect them. Leeds has built on that by making children and young people central to our ambitions for the social and economic regeneration of the city.
People and organisations from all backgrounds can get involved by asking themselves what it feels like to be a child or young person growing up in Leeds today… and how together we can make it better? We are proud to be supporting Yorkshire Children of Courage Awards 2015.
